i've always believed in romance like the movies.
i've always wanted to be an actor, deep down.
just so i knew what it felt like to be treated on absolute top of the world for a short while.
even if it wasn't real.

i've always wanted a boy to sing me a song, serenade me, just like the movies.
i've always wanted my lover to ask my father if he could marry me, before he asked me, just like the movies.
i've always wanted the quick one liners and whittyness the characters possess, just like the movies.
i've always wanted a twist, and a fairytale ending, just like the movies.
i've always wanted a bunch of flowers or a surprise visit in which i didn't know a thing about, just like the movies.

who knows, maybe this will happen soon.
or i'll rekindle my flame for acting.
