confess it all

herbal teas warm the soul, right?
well i hope to god, because i need a lot of warmth right now.
last night i experienced another of very few nights were i completely break down.
and don't remember anything.
i don't even know what was going through my head.
i mustn't have been too loud because mum remained asleep.
i think i may have ran up and down my street a few times.
and yelled a few things.
but i don't even know if it was my street? i remember running.
who knows where.
and then i woke up at 3am, with sore eyes and a runny nose.
i just hope i didn't do anything bad, or maybe i dreamt it all?
who knows.
i'm a complete fucking headcase.
